What to Pack

It is required that you must wear white during the days that the Casa is in session, the other days you can wear colors. However if you were to receive a “surgery” you will need to wear white back at the hotel and will need white sleep wear. You can wear any colors around town but for me I found I wear white almost the entire trip and just brings a couple of colored outfits. So I suggest that you bring enough white for the whole trip and just colors for the flights and a couple of times in town. Also you will not need any “dressy clothes”, there is no where dressed up to go. The temperature is mostly in the 70’s and 80’s. In Dec – Feb there may be tropical rain storms, so their temperature is still warm but a light water coat might be useful.White clothes for the whole trip, casual, comfortable.White sleep wear if possible.Just a few colored outfits for in town.Dec- Feb Umbrella or shear rain jacket if desired (can get there also).Shoes – I buy cheap white sneakers to throw away (they may get muddy).Converter with two round prongs for Brazil. Electric is 220 which is fine for most things but a 220 – 110 plug converter for things like hair dryer.
