Flights

After you have paid your deposit, please wait to hear from us before you book your flight so that we can coordinate your trip. You will be flying into Brasilia airport (Code BSB). It doesn’t matter where you are coming from, I usually have people from the East Coast and Europe as well. We will all meet at the airport in Brasilia. I fly from Los Angeles. The flight from Los Angeles, mostly has one or two stops. American flies through Miami. US air flies through Atlanta and Rio. Lan and Copa fly through Lima, Panama, Rio or San Paulo. The time varies from about 14 hrs to about 20 hrs. I will be flying out of LAX, so if you can get on the same flight as me that would be great. If not don’t worry we come from all over the world. I will still have a private driver meet you at the airport. The group normally leaves on a Monday which arrives Tuesday morning. The group will then leave by private mini bus Tuesday morning. If you cannot be there but need to arrive later Tuesday that is fine and we will arrange a private taxi (additional $100 supplement). If you arrive Wednesday morning that is fine but you may miss the first morning session at the Casa. Coming home everyone leaves Saturday morning the following week. If you need to stay longer we can accommodate you but there will be additional fees. From the airport it is an hour and a half drive to the Casa.
