I have started to make a wish list of things to see in Bali. Of course top of the list is the Balinese temples, or Pura as they are called in Bali. There are actually thousands of temples, so I have picked out some of the main ones on the top of my list. I am especially interested to see what they feel like energetically. I have heard that people leave offerings there daily and that this is a large part of their culture. Bali is quite a large place and the temples are quite far apart, so of course I have a driver and guide lined up to make the most out of our filming here.

            The “Mother Temple” of course is a must see. Her name is Pura Besakih. She dates back to the 900’s. High in the mountains she actually consists of several smaller temples. I have heard she is one of the most spectacular.

You know, I love Healing Waters, so I am especially excited to visit the Pura The Tirta Empul which houses a body of water where it is believed has healing properties as well as brings prosperity and good luck. I will have all your names with me and will let you know when to make a wish back home.

Pura Goa Gajah which means Elephant Cave because it is by the Elephant River. Is actually a temple inside a cave, very much worth visiting.

Another one that is also in a cave is the Pura Goa Lawah. This cave is also inhabited by thousands of bats which some of you knew I absolutely love because this is one of my communicating animals.
