MOVIE - I found a wonderful documentary that I wanted to share with you. It features holistic healers as well as doctors and researchers and is centered around natural healing and how they have discovered hard evidence of energy healing and how the body is able to heal itself by pulling energy from an outside source. It discusses evidence of how our bodies and our health are connected to an outer energy source that we are all connected to this and each other. What a surprise! This is one of the most informative and well put together films of this kind that has been made in a long time. It touches on quantum physics and energy testing experiments they have done in the field as well as real life examples of amazing ‘faith healings’, natural healing practitioners and doctors who are baffled by the results. Although much of this information you may have heard before, I found that there are many new things to learn here and it puts it all together in both an amazing yet simplified way.

Gail and other guests will then discuss various energy healing methods including; introduction to Reiki, crystal therapy, muscle testing, dowsing and more. Showing you how it is possible to tap into and use this universal energy.

You will learn how your thoughts and emotions can effect your physical body in both a positive and negative way and how to direct your subconscious into keeping your mind and body psychically healthy.
Gail will lead some exercises on discovering energy blockages on yourself and others and a daily routine to keep your body energetically balanced. Gail will also conduct an energy raising meditation and rebalance and energize each of your chakras.

For anyone with health concerns for themselves or others, this will be an enlightening workshop that will offer many tools you can use to increase your health and that of loved ones.
